Chad Sayala provides patent advisory services. Having practiced for nearly 15 years, he is well-versed in all aspects of patent law. He has prepared and prosecuted thousands of patent applications worldwide, and has extensive experience with machinery, workflows, automation, mathematical models, AR/VR, refrigerant systems, surgical devices, and oilfield equipment.

In addition to developing robust patent portfolios, Mr. Sayala has rendered legal opinions in regard to infringement, validity, and freedom to operate. He has also represented patent owners in multi-defendant patent enforcement actions in US District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He is experienced with patent monetization campaigns and has drafted and negotiated patent licenses.
