Alfredo Perez de Alejo

Alfredo A. Perez de Alejo is a trial lawyer with more than a decade of experience in patent law. Mr. Perez de Alejo’s experience encompasses all aspects of patent law including obtaining, licensing, and enforcing patent rights. Mr. Perez de Alejo also counsels clients on how to prepare for litigation and obtain strong patents.
His litigation experience includes successfully representing clients before the International Trade Commission and in federal district courts. His extensive court experience has helped him provide a unique and valuable perspective to help his clients build stronger patent portfolios and better evaluate risk.
